ECO Dust Extraction System Features
The ECO is a compact high suction pressure
dust extractor designed for businesses or workshops running
1-3 machines that require high suction pressure and air
volumes with relatively light dust loads.
Featuring a cartridge filter clean-air
fan, negative air pressure mounted over the top of 240 litre
bin it offers a safe and effective way of collecting the dust
from difficult applications. The typical applications are wood
sanding, sawing and CNC routing, sand blasting, FIBREGLASS,
some plastics, flour / cement dust where high levels of
suction pressure are required and space is limited.
The ECO features suction pressures up to
4600 Pa to handle difficult cleaning and extractions jobs such
as edgebanders, panel saws, small CNC routers and machinery
with complex head and shroud ARRANGEMENTS.
This can be combined with a high capacity
high EFFICIENCY fans capable of moving 2100 m3/hr
in a small foot print the machines can be located inside or
outside the factory.
The single cartridge filter capable
of filtering particles down to 1 micron provide a cleaner work
place when combined with manual cleaning provide effective
filtration while reducing the number of unnecessary cleaning
cycles and noise associated with automated cleaning systems.
The ECO
comes complete with a 240 LItrE
Wheelie bin to collect dust. These bins can be fitted with a
plastic bag to eliminated dust during the empting process and
when combined with appropriate manual handling equipment can
eliminated manual handling problems often associated with twin
bag style dust extractors.
Each machine is Australian designed and built from powder
coated steel with stainless steel fittings to enable the units
to be installed either inside the factory or outside where
it’s fully sealed design makes it weather proof.

The VIBRA-CLEAN range of dust extractors have been built on a modular design using specially made tough spun bonded polyester wide angle cartridge filter, encased in enameled steel.
The cleaning process is automated at every shut down so there is no operator involvement.
With an ever increasing requirement for OH&S compliance in the workplace, the VIBRA-CLEAN dust extractor with a filtration capability below 1 micron is perfect to ensure that a workplace that is free from dust and particulate matter.

provide excellent waste material removal.
With air volumes ranging from 2,600m3/hr to 30,000m3/hr and
the flexibility of either a wheelie bin or dump bin the
VIBRA-CLEAN
range of dust extractors is ideally suited to the small to
medium sized factory or workshop that requires high air
volumes with light or variable dust loadings.

The cost effective range of reverse pulse dust extractors designed to provide a safer working environment in factories and workshops where continuous operation is required and space is limited.
Advanced reverse pulse technology in the CLEAN-FLOW range shrinks the size of the dust extractor while still providing all the benefits of online cleaning and performance. This allows a much smaller machine footprint to meet the need for a clean work environment and reductions in operating costs.
