Our latest GEMtronics CNC Systems Router Touch Screen CNC Controller kit offers a complete turn-key package for medium size routers, and can be customized to fit your needs. This kit includes a 3 Axis CNC Control, PC Computer, 21” Touch Screen, 3 DC Servo Drives, User Operator Panel, Hand Held Pendant, and an optional electrical enclosure, among other options. Digital CNC Control

Our control is preconfigured with standard parameters for a router and all of our products are designed to be as plug-in-play as possible. This makes it very easy to setup our controls.

Operating System & Software

Our control has the Microsoft Windows 7 Operating System and the state of the art CNC control software. The software has a 3D tool path display. Being Windows based, anyone with basic computer skills can learn how to use our CNC controls.

Unique Features

Some unique features of our CNC Controller include virtually unlimited file storage space of (100GB (Standard) to 250GB). An Ethernet Port, (Standard) and WiFi (Optional), allows you to simply connect to your network and transfer files quickly.

An external USB port will also allow you except external files, or to move your files with a USB Flash Drive.

G-code

You can use your current CAD/CAM software or many other industry standard programs such as EnRoute, FlexiSign, SignLab, CASmate, CorelDraw, AutoCad etc., as our controls accept standard FANUC Style G-CODE programming. Or you can simply convert your DXF files into G-code. Our controls also include many conversational programming functions.

Customization

It is easy to change settings on our controls, add more inputs/outputs, axes, and many other settings. Our Touch Screens can also be edited to suit your particular needs, as our controls are being used in many custom applications every day.

Non-Proprietary

All PC parts used in our controls are non-proprietary and can be purchased at local suppliers for your convenience.

Warranty

All of our kits come with a full 1 year warranty, with each system being thoroughly tested before any installation.

Drives and Motors

As your requirements increase, the system can be upgraded to drive a maximum total of 6 Stepper, DC Servo and/or AC Servo drives and motors.
